Montevilla OWNERS ASSOCIATION INC. The Association has the right to adopt regulations governing the operation of Montevilla (thirty (30) land on Lot 378), the use of roads, paths and trails, fishing restrictions, the uses of common property and community facilities, noise limitations and any other reasonable subjects for the maintenance and operation of Montevilla. The Association has the authority to adopt regulations to establish and collect contributions to provide for operating costs, repairs, maintenance and conservation areas under its charge. The association's mandate is to: 1. Protecting the quality of life of cottage owners who share the Montevilla space; 2. Administate Montevilla as a residential and resort complex in a manner to protects the entire nature (water and forest) and architectural (preserving the general harmony); 3.  Manage finances of shareholders on the roles and mandates that are granted; 4.  Ensure maintenance of the common part (Lots 378 - Part (pool and tennis) and part 11 Road Montevilla) and recreational facilities and services therein, see to the maintenance and snow removal of roads cottages, as well as landscape maintenance of common grounds; 5.  Be sure to follow the rules of the Montevilla Homeowners Association and update or modify these rules and this, according to the motions and amendments desired by the shareholders.
